"Since I moved to Budapest so recently, our sessions really helped me during this transition time. Sharing experiences, thoughts and artwork with the other participants was easy and enjoyable because you create a space that feels secure and nurturing, and from day one I felt at home. And is just a pure joy to be playing with the materials and letting our creativity loose! I want to thank you for creating this space, it really helped me reconnect with a part of myself that I had been neglecting for a while."

"I joined the group at a vulnerable period of my life with lots of uncertainties, changes , insecurities and internal processing. The only thing I knew was that I cannot stop moving and withhold my feelings, and that the arts is a fantastic tool to see and better understand what is there inside, behind the scenes and unknown spheres waiting to be brought to light. I received much more than I imagined, and I feel it is going to happen to anyone who is willing to be honest with him/herself and be present with an open heart in this creative process. There was a fantastic group, a safe place around me, and we were around each other with a delicate and loving guidance from Judit. We could all connect with our essence, our power, our core and heal - together. We ate chocolate, drank tea, sew, painted, spelled glitter all around, cried, laughed, lived, hugged and loved. It was beautiful. Thank you!"

"I can highly recommend Budapest Art Therapy. For me, this was a truly wonderful experience and I was very glad to see how not only myself but also the whole group developed during the course. I found it exceptionally important that we were not forced to share our thoughts and I felt free to share only as much as I felt comfortable with. This way, the art therapy became a weekly retreat for me, during which I grew more and more self-aware, opened up and learned a great deal from others as well. Processing our thinking through art works was very helpful and I have continued to use art works as a way to process my thoughts even after the course. For me, this was exactly what I needed for Budapest winter!"

"For me the Budapest Art Therapy course helped me explore and discover parts of myself through the creative process. It gave me new tools to discover myself and provided a safe and warm space to share and discuss some of the most essential questions of life! I'm deeply grateful for this amazing experience!"

"When I went to art therapy I felt like a little lost..I didn't know what I want..wasn't sure in myself. The only thing I was sure about that I need a new path. Slowly slowly it has all turned around. I started to feel the ground under my feet, I knew where I am and knew where I am going. This was the first place in my life where I have experienced complete freedom of creativity. The atmosphere was so inspiring, the group was fantastic, I have managed to come out of my comfort zone and create things which I never thought I could be. Even at home I continued to paint..started to use materials which I never thought of before. Have managed to think outside the box, which has given me strength, confidence and plenty of energy to carry on. This was a lifetime experience for me that I will always remember. I got something there I will never let go. Thank you very much Judit:)"

"Firstly, I would like to thank you for the opportunity you give to foreigners living in Budapest to have this amazing therapy; yes, many of us can't speak Hungarian but we are also people living in this city with the necessity to express our feelings through creation and art.
This had been my first experience with this kind of therapy and it has been so good, a pleasure, an oasis! Every week I was looking forward to attend the session.
I've been amazed how deeply the creation process could touch my deepest emotions and how others, as a feedback, can understand and get meanings of the final work. So interesting how from totally strangers we became a really nice group that developed trust and at the end we learned so much from each other.
I can feel I got tools that will help me to release my creative necessities and at the same time express my emotions in the best and worst moments. The great conclusion is that  I realized all this tools are within myself.
Many thanks Judith!"

"Dear Judit,
Thank you for guiding us through this 12 week journey in art therapy. You provided us a very exciting method of exploring ourselves and the others at the course.
It was interesting to see how all of us dived deep into the given topic, how differently we thought about it, and also the variety of the creations was very impressive.
We have learnt a lot. Although most of us had considered ourselves non-creative at the beginning, it turned out that creativity was in us. We also were inspired by the others.
The atmosphere you created was always friendly and tolerant that allowed us to reveal ourselves to our own rhythm and to such an extent as we wanted or could. Everybody was perceptive, receptive, open and non-judgemental.
There were laughs, cries, emotions around us. This course gave us help, relief, revelation and opportunity to develop or change.
I would recommend such course to everybody.
Thank you again."

"I strongly recommend Art therapy for foreigners for all the ones that feel stranger in the world or simply in their mind sometimes. This is the place where to get more familiar with yourself, explore your own reality from other point of view. You will discover how powerful Art can be, you will create art and create change with the supervision of Judit, who I really appreciate for her humanity. For me it was a very positive experience which helped me to open some unexplored doors."
